What This Role Involves
The role of an In-Cab Instructor Truck Driver at Bison Transport Inc. involves providing hands-on training to new drivers while driving long-haul routes in a dry van capacity. - Communicate effectively with the ICI and other team members to ensure a smooth learning process for new drivers.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a CDL-A driver in over-the-road (OTR) operations.
- A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Prior experience as an In-Cab Instructor is preferred but not required.
