About the Role

Bison Transport Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as In-Cab Instructors (ICIs). As an OTR In-Cab Instructor Truck Driver, you will help shape the next generation of drivers while enjoying great compensation and steady work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to new CDL-A drivers
• Evaluate and assess trainees' driving skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and DOT requirements
• Document training sessions and progress of trainees
• Communicate effectively with both trainees and management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a CDL-A driver in over-the-road (OTR) operations
• Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor others
• A valid CDL-A license with no moving violations or DUI/DWIs within the last 5 years
• Prior experience as an In-Cab Instructor is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
