Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• To maintain regular communication with clients, offering ongoing support and addressing any concerns promptly.
• To collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach in client support.

Requirements

• A strong background in personal advising or a related field is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role.
• The ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients is key.
• Experience working within the Auckland North Island community would be advantageous but not mandatory.
