Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our team as an Activities / Lifestyle Coordinator at Charlton Lodge Care Home in Wantage, Oxfordshire, UK, UK. Core Duties

• Plan and organize social activities to enhance residents' quality of life
• Support the delivery of daily living skills programs
• Ensure all activities are inclusive, engaging, and meet individual needs

• Participate in regular training sessions for continuous development

Requirements

• A caring nature and a genuine interest in improving the lives of elderly residents
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrable experience in a care or related environment is preferred but not essential
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
• A valid UK driving license (if applicable)
