What This Role Involves

The role involves supporting a People team through organizational change, including transitioning onto Workday. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the implementation and management of HR systems and processes.

• Developing and maintaining policies and procedures related to human resources.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

• Facilitating the transition onto Workday, ensuring a seamless process for all employees.
• Maintaining open communication with team members and stakeholders to address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on HR initiatives and objectives.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor who possesses:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a professional services organization.
• Strong knowledge of Workday and other HR management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing employee needs and concerns.
