Position Summary

Amazon is seeking a Full lifecycle recruiter to join our International Emerging Markets recruiting team. The role involves driving sourcing strategy, identifying and recommending process improvements, and partnering with team members to execute critical components of talent acquisition for roles across Amazon Corporate.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and reference checks to assess candidates’ suitability for open positions.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function.

• A proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and candidate management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with hiring managers and candidates.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
