Position Summary

The Dermal Aesthetician at The Employment Co is responsible for delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments, supporting clinical procedures, maintaining excellent patient relations, and contributing to revenue growth through patient retention, recruitment, and retail sales. This role requires adherence to strict clinical standards, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments to patients in a professional and safe manner
• Assist with clinical procedures as required by the medical team
• Maintain excellent communication and rapport with patients
• Support administrative functions, including scheduling and documentation
• Contribute to revenue growth through patient retention, recruitment, and retail sales initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, hygiene, and patient safety protocols

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dermal Aesthetician or similar role
• Thorough understanding of aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Aptitude for customer service in a medical setting
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidelines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Certification or qualification from an accredited institution is required
