• Support the Store Manager in achieving store objectives, including hitting sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and engaged team of employees who share our passion for pop culture and commitment to community service.
• Drive sales through creative marketing strategies and by fostering a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat visits from customers.
• Build strong relationships with the local community, aligning store activities with Feeding America initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
• A deep understanding of pop culture and its impact on consumer behavior.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop team members.
• Strong organizational abilities with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and community outreach is a plus.
