The Opportunity
Jetson Home is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. As an HVAC Team Lead based in Denver with relocation to White Plains, New York, you will play a critical role in leading our team to install and maintain advanced heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems that are key to reducing carbon emissions.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient installation and maintenance of heat pumps and other sustainable energy solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices for installing and maintaining high-efficiency HVAC systems, focusing on customer satisfaction and system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HVAC installations into overall home electrification projects.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure consistent quality and compliance with company standards.
