Your Opportunity As a Principal, Electrical Engineering, at Stantec, you will bring deep knowledge and thought leadership that is client-facing, strategic, and transparent. This role involves leading the electrical engineering efforts for our clients.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership on complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction through technical excellence and innovative solutions.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality electrical engineering services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of Stantec's Buildings engineering team.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Electrical Engineer who can bring a wealth of knowledge in electrical engineering, project management, and client relationship management. You should have a proven track record of leading successful projects and fostering positive working relationships with clients.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the A/E/C industry.
- Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members.
- A strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards.
