What This Role Involves

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Property Manager to join our property management team. The role involves managing multiple properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the managed properties
• Handling maintenance requests promptly and effectively
• Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Communicating regularly with tenants, landlords, and contractors

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing multiple properties to ensure tenant satisfaction
• Handling maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintaining compliance with local laws and regulations
• Preparing and submitting accurate financial reports
• Communicating effectively with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Assisting in the recruitment of new tenants where necessary

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a property manager or similar role
• A strong understanding of property management laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with property management software
