About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for our Cinnabon store in Menlyn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in restaurant management and possess strong leadership skills.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Able to commit to working 45 hours per week (6 days a week, no weekends off)
• Fluent English and a Matric certificate are mandatory
• Valid driver's license with your own vehicle is required
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Financial literacy and experience in handling team dynamics
• Must be a South Africa (nationwide) (nationwide)n citizen

Your Responsibilities

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cinnabon store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing effective management strategies to enhance performance

• Ensuring the store meets all safety and hygiene standards
