About the Role
The Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician will oversee and manage the maintenance operations for Park at Walden Lake, a 352-unit property. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring resident satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.
Core Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure all units are in optimal condition.
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve urgent maintenance issues promptly.
- Inspect properties for structural, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues and initiate necessary repairs.
- Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of property assets.
- Communicate with residents to address concerns and ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.
