About This Position

This full-time role as a General Operator with Manpower UK - RISE in Dorcan, Swindon offers a competitive pay rate of £13.86 per hour, including a 22% shift allowance for early and late shifts. The position requires adherence to specific shift patterns: Early Shift (07:00 - 15:00) and Late Shift (15:00 - 22:45), Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• To complete all activities necessary for the optimal acquisition and maintenance of a Bronze License Badge, with access to production areas at Grade C/D levels.
• To successfully requalify every two years to maintain the Bronze License.
• To strictly adhere to correct gowning and cleaning procedures as required by the job role.
