Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our dedicated dry van fleet at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Lisbon, Ohio. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

• Earn up to $70,000 or more annually
• Bonuses may be available; call for details on routes in your area

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Picking up and delivering freight to designated locations
• Maintaining a safe and clean driving record
• Performing pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route vehicle inspections
• Following all company policies and procedures
• Communicating effectively with dispatch for route updates and customer inquiries

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Held a valid Class A CDL license with appropriate endorsements (Dry Van)
• 1-5 months of driving experience is required
• Prior experience in a dedicated fleet environment is preferred but not mandatory
• A clean driving record and good driving history are essential
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
