Position Summary
Join our team at Hershey Lodge, an award-winning resort renowned for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a Host(ess)/Cashier at Bears' Den, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest service and financial accuracy. This part-time position offers the opportunity to be a key member of a dynamic hospitality team that values customer satisfaction and quality service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service <li-Assist in managing cash transactions, including handling payments and providing change accurately <li-Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area to maintain high standards of hygiene and aesthetics <li-Work closely with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations <li-Participate in shift changeovers and closing procedures to ensure a seamless transition
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills <li-Attention to detail when handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records <li-Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated <li-Comfortable standing for extended periods of time <li-Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred but not required
