Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Company Drivers for our dedicated dry van fleet at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Grottoes, New Hampshire. This position offers competitive pay and excellent benefits to ensure your comfort and well-being.
What You'll Do
- Drive a dedicated dry van truck safely and efficiently within the assigned route
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers in adherence to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any issues encountered during transportation
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company guidelines while on the road
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record
- 1-5 months of commercial driving experience preferred but not required
- Prior experience in dry van transportation is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Must be 21 years or older and pass a background check and drug screening
