The Opportunity

As a Senior Property Manager, you will work alongside a collaborative and industry-leading team managing a premium commercial portfolio in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. This role offers full-time employment with no remote options available.
Core Duties
- Manage a diverse and high-quality commercial property portfolio within the Brisbane CBD area
- Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standards, meeting tenant needs and expectations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operations of properties including maintenance, repairs, and lease administration
- Prepare and manage budgets for assigned properties
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse portfolios and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
