Senior Financial Analyst at Netlify - Anywhere in the World, Full Time, Remote
What This Role Involves
The Senior Financial Analyst role involves owning the monthly reporting cycle end-to-end, including actuals load, budget-vs-actuals, variance commentary, and management reporting package. You will maintain and run the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast, reforecast mechanics, and scenario updates. Responsibilities also include headcount and software/vendor expense forecasting, tracking actuals against approved budgets, maintaining company-level KPIs such as ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, and Rule of 40, ensuring data integrity, and building reliable reports. You will be responsible for Pigment model hygiene, integrations, and report building, keeping the system a reliable source of truth. Additionally, you will build and maintain department-level budget tracking reports, support department leaders with regular coverage of budget, headcount, and software spend, and partner with GTM leadership on sales team planning and KPI tracking.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
Key skills required include strong financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Experience in operating model maintenance, budget management, and KPI layer development is essential. Proficiency in Pigment or similar financial modeling tools is a must. A background in AI and automation is beneficial. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required.
