About This Position
We are seeking experienced CDL-A Company Drivers to join our dedicated team at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Steubenville, Ohio. As a company driver, you will be responsible for transporting dry van cargo on predetermined routes with great home time and the potential to earn up to $70,000 annually. Bonuses may be available based on performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate a dry van truck safely and efficiently within designated routes
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
- Ensure timely delivery of cargo while maintaining excellent customer service
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and other relevant information
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
- 1 to 5 months of driving experience (experience is required)
- Prior experience in the transportation industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety practices
