About the Role
Lead and grow an established Gifts in Wills program at The Westmead Institute for Medical Research (WIMR). Inspire supporters to leave a lasting legacy that improves lives for generations. Permanent full-time position based at The Westmead, with no remote work option.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Gifts in Wills program
- Build and maintain relationships with potential donors
- Provide support and guidance to staff and volunteers involved in the program
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the program
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record in managing and growing a successful Gifts in Wills program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage donors effectively
- Experience in donor relations and legacy giving
