About the Role
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant for an onsite contract/temporary opportunity. This position will support attorneys and legal teams by providing administrative, documentation, and case management assistance in a fast-paced legal environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the legal team including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client files, cases, and other legal documents.
- Assist with case management tasks such as organizing documents, preparing exhibits, and conducting research.
- Support attorneys in drafting legal correspondence, contracts, and other important documents.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and follows company policies and procedures.
