What This Role Involves
This role offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for self-motivated individuals to join our growing remote team. You will engage with clients who have requested information about financial protection and benefits, providing them with the support they need to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include meeting virtually with clients, understanding their needs, explaining available benefit options, guiding them through the enrollment process, building lasting relationships, maintaining accurate client records, and following up as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually meet with clients who have requested information about member benefits
- Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Ensure accurate client records are maintained and follow up as needed
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a competitive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required. You should have a coachable attitude and be willing to learn.
