As a member benefits specialist, you will engage with clients who have requested information about financial protection and benefits. You'll understand each client's needs, explain available benefit options, guide them through the enrollment process, and build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Virtually meet with clients to provide detailed explanations of benefit options
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
