Role Overview
ABC is a premier ABA provider for children with autism. As an ABA Student Analyst at the Master's Level, you will be part of our Rising Stars program, supporting Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in accruing supervision hours.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions to children with autism under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising therapist.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions.
- Support the development of individualized treatment plans for clients.
Skills & Qualifications
- A current RBT certification or eligibility to obtain one within 6 months of hire is required.
- Prior experience as a BT or RBT is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working with children and families.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions.
