We are seeking experienced and dedicated CDL-A drivers for our U.S. Xpress - Dedicated fleet in Paola, Kansas. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

Drive dry van trucks to deliver goods on time and within budget
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and invoices
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and colleagues
Pick up and deliver freight in a timely manner

Requirements

1-5 months of commercial driving experience (CDL-A)
Dedicated driver mindset for home time and work-life balance
A valid CDL-A with air brake endorsement
Prior experience in dry van operations is preferred but not required
Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
Fully compliant with DOT regulations
