What This Role Involves
This role is a hands-on position where you'll bridge the gap between our engineering team and clients. You will own client delivery end-to-end, from problem definition through production deployment. Your primary responsibility is to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete AI solutions, then drive them across the finish line. You'll be building AI-powered applications and solutions, designing transformational workflows, running workshops, configuring systems, testing with real data, and working closely with clients to ensure that AI becomes a practical tool in their daily operations.

This involves working with legal teams to understand what they actually need (not just what they say they want), then specifying solutions that our engineers can implement. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, as you'll be translating between these two domains.

We are seeking someone with a strong background in AI and software development, particularly in the legal sector. Experience in building and deploying complex AI solutions is essential. You should have a deep understanding of how legal teams operate and what change management looks like in risk-averse environments. Additionally, you must be able to work collaboratively with clients to ensure that the final product meets their needs.
