About This Position

Cannon Construction is seeking a hands-on, safety-oriented leader for our Asphalt & Concrete Restoration team in Milton, Washington. As a Leadman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Foreman and leading restoration crews to ensure every job site meets or exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Support the Foreman in managing and leading asphalt & concrete restoration crews
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Coordinate resources and equipment to meet project timelines and quality requirements
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and job site conditions
