About This Position
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support for medium-voltage direct current (MVDC) products and solutions across the full product lifecycle. This includes supporting internal teams—such as sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and aftersales—as well as external customers and partners.
What You'll Do
- Support sales in technical presentations and customer interactions
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product specifications align with customer needs
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and improve production processes
- Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting and maintenance guidance for customers
- Contribute to the development of new MVDC products by providing technical insights and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on medium-voltage direct current systems
- Familiarity with MVDC technologies and applications
- Strong technical skills and ability to analyze complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners
