Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Berechnungsingenieur FEM & Strukturanalyse to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for conducting structural mechanical analyses and FEM calculations to evaluate components, assemblies, and complex technical systems. You will create and optimize calculation models, define boundary conditions and load cases, and assess results in terms of strength and durability. Additionally, you will develop technical improvement proposals and present calculation results to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structural mechanical analyses and FEM calculations for components, assemblies, and complex technical systems
- Create and optimize calculation models, define boundary conditions and load cases
- Evaluate results in terms of strength and durability
- Develop technical improvement proposals
- Present calculation results to internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze structural loads, deformations, and failure mechanisms
- Support numerical and analytical calculations
- Accompany tests and experiments
- Contribute to the further development of calculation methods and material models
What We're Looking For
- Abschluss des Studiums in Fahrzeugtechnik, Maschinenbau, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Computational Mechanics oder vergleichbarer Ingenieurwissenschaften
- Erfahrung als Berechnungsingenieur (m/w/d), Simulationsingenieur (m/w/d), FEM-Ingenieur (m/w/d) oder Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d)
- Kenntnisse in der FEM-Berechnung, Simulation und Strukturanalyse
- Praktische Erfahrung mit HyperMesh, HyperWorks, Ansys oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Kenntnisse relevanter Berechnungsrichtlinien und Methoden wie FKM-Richtlinie oder VDI 2230
- LINUX-Kenntnisse (von Vorteil)
- Teamfähigkeit, analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
