Position Summary
Bakery Agency is seeking a Senior Designer to contribute to the creation of brand identities, campaigns, and cultural projects for our discerning clientele. This position requires a blend of creativity and versatility, from ideation through to final production-ready systems across print, packaging, digital, and environmental mediums.
What You'll Do
- Create and refine brand identities, campaigns, and cultural projects for high-profile clients
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Strategists to develop and execute design concepts
- Ensure all designs are production-ready across various mediums including print, packaging, digital, and environmental work
- Contribute to the overall aesthetic and brand consistency of projects
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on branding, campaigns, and cultural projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across print, packaging, digital, and environmental mediums
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A passion for craft and innovation in design
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
