About This Position
At WorldatWork, we are seeking a Specialist, Exhibit & Sponsorship Operations to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will be responsible for managing and executing various exhibit and sponsorship activities that support our global events and initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event exhibits and sponsorships, including setup, breakdown, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to event management and sponsorships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sponsorship packages for our events.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of exhibits and materials.
- Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars and conferences.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
