Interview prep

Fit summary

Strong fit if you like operational detail, partner communication, and deadline-driven event work more than pure sales. Best for candidates who stay organized under volume and can represent WorldatWork professionally with exhibitors and sponsors across U.S. programs.

Day in the role

As an Exhibit & Sponsorship Operations Specialist at WorldatWork, your day centers on keeping partner and exhibitor programs running. You may coordinate booth logistics, sponsorship deliverables, and vendor timelines; track contracts, invoices, and fulfillment checklists; and field partner questions before and during events. Expect close handoffs with sales, marketing, and event ops so on-site experience matches what sponsors bought.

Skills to emphasize

Build strength in event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, CRM or spreadsheet tracking, and clear written follow-up with external partners. Association or total-rewards industry familiarity helps at WorldatWork, but process discipline and stakeholder coordination matter most for this title.
