What This Role Involves
This position involves assisting clients with activities of daily living and providing nursing care in assigned households, neighborhoods, or units. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for residents.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility as needed.
- Administer medications under supervision and document administration accurately.
- Provide basic nursing care such as wound care and vital sign monitoring.
