About the Role

Support recovery and change lives as a Behavioral Technician at Compass Health Network. This full-time position requires you to work evenings from 3:45 pm to midnight.

• Provide essential support, compassion, and structure to individuals recovering from substance use disorders.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for clients in recovery.
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure client safety.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Supporting clients through their recovery journey by offering emotional support and encouragement.
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration under supervision.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for all clients.
• Participating in team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans.
