The Opportunity

KinderCare Education is seeking dedicated and passionate teachers to join our team at the Mansfield Skyrise location in Tarrant County. As a full-time teacher, you will be part of an exceptional early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award. Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that align with educational standards and curriculum goals
• Educate parents on their child's progress through regular communication and feedback sessions
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and administrators to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all children
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and safety guidelines established by KinderCare Education

What You Bring

• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification required; Child Development Associate (CDA) and/or Texas Teacher Certification a plus
• Demonstrated experience working with young children, preferably in an early childhood education setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with families, colleagues, and community partners
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and education that supports the holistic development of each child
