We are seeking a dedicated Grower to join our team at Flavorite. This role is part-time, based in Traralgon South, Latrobe Valley.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure the optimal growth conditions for plants through precise management of environmental controls.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene to prevent contamination and ensure product quality.
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure efficient operation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols to protect both personnel and produce.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plant cultivation or a related field is essential.
- A strong understanding of horticultural practices, including soil management and irrigation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow strict protocols.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and data analysis are required.
