As an Emergency Department Graduate Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and triaging patients in a fast-paced environment
• Providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of experienced staff
• Participating in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills
• Contributing to a team-oriented culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A recent graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Licensed RN in Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure
