About the Role

This part-time Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity with Givinghhc supports individuals in Union, Kentucky through a flexible 1099 contract arrangement. All care occurs at the patient’s home and may involve widely varying weekly hours that range from brief periodic visits up to full 12-hour periods or a mix of both. Patient needs span high-acuity situations requiring intensive oversight to lower-level medical management. Multiple day, evening, night, and weekend options exist, including commitments as light as four hours per month that suit PRN-style availability. Background-check clearance is required before any offer is finalized. Because program access carries no expiration date, RNs often form multi-year professional bonds with the people they serve.

Your Responsibilities

• Carry out physician-established care plans with accuracy and attention to each patient’s current condition
• Advocate one-on-one for the full range of medical and comfort needs while delivering hands-on nursing services
• Coordinate daily efforts with certified nursing assistants, home health aides, case managers, and the patient’s physicians
• Adjust approaches and documentation to match both high-acuity and basic-management caseloads
• Maintain clear records and communicate changes promptly so the broader care team can respond effectively
