About This Position

This full-time remote Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) role at K Health focuses on providing text- and video-based acute care that includes preventive services, sick visits, and chronic condition oversight inside virtual clinics built with major hospital partners. Practitioners build lasting patient connections while representing K Health and its clinical collaborators across the complete range of primary care, including pediatrics and mental health. Continuous backup from concierge, operations, and technical colleagues keeps administrative loads low, supported by advanced clinical AI tools that free providers to concentrate on patients. Licensure in FL, NJ, NY, MA and/or an active NLC is required. Pay falls between $140,000 and $170,000 USD and is paired with malpractice coverage, work-from-anywhere flexibility across the United States, generous paid time off, paid parental leave, a 401k plan, competitive medical dental and vision insurance choices, plus a CME allowance. Weekday coverage totaling 40 hours with 36 clinical hours is expected, including Mondays and Fridays with start-time flexibility between 7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

Core Duties

• Conduct video-based comprehensive clinical visits that address acute needs, pediatrics, and mental health concerns
• Maintain Monday and Friday availability with flexible start windows while fulfilling overall weekday remote duties
• Assist physicians by managing Epic inbox items such as laboratory results, imaging, and patient questions
• Explain suitable treatment options and individualized care plans to patients
• Authorize medications and renewals when clinically indicated
• Uphold rigorous quality standards centered on strong patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, meaningful remote interactions that raise the bar for virtual care
• Respond resourcefully to unexpected situations or escalate them promptly when necessary
• Coordinate smoothly with fellow care team colleagues
• Meet ambitious performance targets as part of a high-caliber remote group

What You Bring

• Five or more years of clinical Family Nurse Practitioner experience inside a primary care practice
• Active licenses covering Florida, New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts and/or National Licensure Compact privileges
• Minimum one year of direct Epic EMR proficiency
• Current Medicare provider enrollment or eligibility to enroll
• Primary care and behavioral health background enabling treatment of both acute and chronic conditions
• Technology comfort, proactive mindset, organizational strength, detail focus, and prior telemedicine exposure
• Clean professional background free of medical malpractice concerns
• Readiness to dedicate 40 hours weekly that include 36 clinical hours in this remote FNP schedule
