You will travel to cafés, offices, and hospitality venues across the Houston area to service espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related systems. Full-time days center on troubleshooting, preventive care, and installation work that directly supports the quality of every cup produced. You become the trusted technical resource clients rely on whenever equipment performance affects the perfect cup.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems on a wide range of commercial coffee equipment
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance, calibration, and descaling to maintain peak extraction quality
• Install and commission new espresso machines, grinders, and water-filtration systems at client sites throughout Houston, TX
• Respond promptly to service calls, restore operation efficiently, and document every repair in clear service reports
• Advise onsite staff about proper daily care and basic adjustments that prolong machine life
• Track spare parts usage and coordinate with inventory teams so critical components remain available

Requirements

• Hands-on experience servicing espresso machines or comparable commercial beverage equipment
• Solid mechanical aptitude together with foundational electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the Houston, TX metro area
• Clear verbal communication and a customer-focused approach when working inside busy coffee environments
