What You'll Do

• Serve as the main relationship owner for a portfolio of clients, conducting regular check-ins and success planning sessions from a remote setup
• Lead seamless onboarding experiences so new clients quickly adopt tools, processes, and best practices
• Monitor client health metrics, surface risks early, and design action plans that keep accounts on track for renewal and expansion
• Translate client feedback into product and process improvements by partnering with support, product, and operational teams
• Prepare and deliver insightful business reviews that highlight progress and recommend next steps
• Document interactions, goals, and outcomes in company systems to maintain a complete view of each relationship
• Champion client perspectives internally so Arine continues to refine its approach to delivery and service

What We're Looking For

• Background as a Client Success Executive, account manager, or similar client-facing role with proven relationship ownership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to remote collaboration across time zones in the United States
• Ability to analyze usage data, satisfaction scores, and business outcomes, then convert insights into prioritized action plans
• Comfort managing multiple accounts simultaneously while staying organized and responsive
• Collaborative mindset that thrives when working cross-functionally without always sitting in the same office
• Self-directed work style with strong ownership of results in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with common CRM and client-success platforms is helpful but not required if core relationship skills are strong
