Role Overview

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our dedicated dry van team at U.S. Xpress - Dedicated in Forest Hills, Michigan. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to earn up to $70,000 annually and potentially more through bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of freight within designated routes
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and invoices
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed during transportation
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch for route updates and customer inquiries

What We're Looking For

• 1-5 months of CDL-A driving experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
• Prior experience in the freight industry is preferred but not mandatory
