Key Responsibilities

• Lead, update, and reinforce Environment, Health, and Safety programs, procedures, and site practices for activities linked to the Adkins, TX area.
• Plan and conduct risk assessments, job-site observations, inspections, and audits; close findings with practical, tracked corrective actions.
• Support supervisors and crews through toolbox talks, procedural coaching, and hands-on safety guidance in the field.

• Partner with operations on high-risk tasks, permits, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of the site safety culture.
• Mentor others on strong EHS habits and model professional, approachable leadership as the Senior EHS Lead (STX).
