Key Responsibilities Lead, update, and reinforce Environment, Health, and Safety programs, procedures, and site practices for activities linked to the Adkins, TX area. Plan and conduct risk assessments, job-site observations, inspections, and audits; close findings with practical, tracked corrective actions. Support supervisors and crews through toolbox talks, procedural coaching, and hands-on safety guidance in the field. Drive training needs identification, delivery coordination, and documentation so workers stay current on required topics and site expectations. Lead or contribute to incident, near-miss, and hazard investigations; complete root-cause analysis and implement lasting preventive measures. Monitor regulatory requirements (including OSHA and related frameworks) and help the organization stay audit-ready. Maintain accurate EHS records, metrics, and reports; elevate trends and performance insights to leadership. Partner with operations on high-risk tasks, permits, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement of the site safety culture.
