In this full-time Regional Sales Executive capacity you will operate within the multi-state territory, translating pipeline activity into closed business while representing the organization professionally to decision-makers. Responsibilities
- Map and pursue high-potential accounts across Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland to expand the customer base
- Conduct discovery meetings, product presentations, and negotiations that convert prospects into long-term partners
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline records, and activity reports for the Regional Sales Executive territory
- Coordinate with internal support functions to deliver seamless customer experiences and resolve outright blockers
- Monitor competitive activity and adjust tactics to protect and grow market share within the five-state region
- Represent Mykaarma at local industry gatherings and client sites throughout Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland
What You Bring
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in a multi-state or regional setting
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suited to engaging enterprise buyers
- Self-motivation and organizational ability to manage time effectively while covering Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland
- Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales methodologies
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Regional Sales Executive territory as business needs require
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical sales experience
