Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and engineering efforts for mission-critical power and distribution systems from concept through delivery.
• Establish technical standards, review drawings and calculations, and approve deliverables for accuracy and code compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, elevating team capability and design quality.
• Coordinate with project managers, other disciplines, and stakeholders to resolve issues and keep schedules on track.
• Apply and interpret applicable codes, industry standards, and best practices for high-reliability electrical infrastructure.
• Support risk assessment, redundancy planning, and reliability evaluations for critical power paths.
• Contribute to proposals, technical scopes, and client-facing discussions as the senior electrical authority on assigned work.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; advanced degree is a plus where relevant to the role.
• Substantial professional experience as a senior or lead electrical engineer on mission-critical or high-reliability systems.
• Proven ability to lead design packages, coach teams, and own technical decisions under remote collaboration models.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and practices common to mission-critical environments in the United States.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to distributed teams and multi-discipline project settings.
