Codec is hiring a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Engineer for a full-time opportunity based in the UK (nationwide) (nationwide), inviting specialists to strengthen a vital Microsoft application platform that underpins essential public services.
Position Summary
This full-time Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Engineer role at Codec centres on shaping, building and refining solutions that leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse and the Power Platform. You will operate inside a collaborative multidisciplinary team dedicated to expanding capabilities across an enterprise application estate that connects extensively with Azure services and outside systems, while applying modern DevOps methods to keep the platform reliable and evolving.
What You'll Do
- Design, construct and refine solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform tools
- Deliver fresh functionality, strengthen existing features and modernise business processes across the estate
- Drive continual improvement of complex enterprise applications that integrate Azure Integration Services and external systems
- Apply contemporary DevOps practices to support development, testing and release activities
- Investigate and resolve intricate application and integration issues, serving as a senior technical escalation point
- Contribute deep product insight that guides the long-term evolution of a strategically important Microsoft platform
Who We're Looking For
- A technically accomplished Dynamics professional with solid experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse and the Power Platform
- Hands-on familiarity with Azure Integration Services and modern DevOps approaches
- Confidence tackling complex business challenges inside large-scale enterprise solution environments
- Ability to act as a knowledgeable senior resource for intricate application and integration problems
- A genuine interest in shaping the continued development of strategically significant Microsoft platforms
