Key Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions about policies, benefits enrollment, leave requests, timekeeping, and basic payroll topics through phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Enter and update employee data in HR systems with care and completeness while processing straightforward forms and documentation.
• Document every contact thoroughly so that follow-up is seamless and trends can be identified.
• Escalate issues that exceed Tier 1 scope to senior representatives or subject-matter experts without delay.
• Protect confidential personnel information at all times and follow established privacy protocols.
• Contribute feedback on recurring inquiries so service tools and knowledge bases can be improved.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; further education or coursework in human resources is advantageous.
• Solid customer-service background, preferably in a high-volume phone or support setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills that explain procedures in everyday language.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn HR information systems.
