Core Duties

• Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to the developmental stages and presenting issues of children and adolescents
• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to identify strengths, challenges, and treatment goals
• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans in response to client progress
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation that meets professional and regulatory standards
• Coordinate care with parents, guardians, schools, or other involved parties when clinically indicated

• Uphold confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and licensure requirements throughout all client interactions

What We're Looking For

• Active license authorizing independent practice as a therapist specializing in child and adolescent care within Texas
• Demonstrated experience or focused training in counseling children and teenagers
• Strong ability to establish rapport with young clients and their families
• Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration
